Social Media has drastically changed the recruitment industry; agents lost their grip on job seekers as professionals began appearing online.

I founded Winning Impression when I saw that there was little help around for companies who want use social media to recruit and save time, frustration and bucket loads of cash or for job seekers who want to use it to open opportunities.

Companies like yours learn how to incorporate social media into their hiring strategy; through a range of bespoke, workshop or online training they obtain the skills they need to recruit directly and dramatically cut their current recruitment costs.

Job seekers are empowered with social media; contract or permanent, through live-online training or premium services, they learn the tricks needed to showcase their skills online, network effectively, blast away job search blues, and grasp the controls of their job search.

I have extensive experience in the full recruitment life cycle, both externally and internally, hiring IT & Engineering professionals across many industry sectors.

I also have a soft spot for dogs, especially my Chocolate Labrador and Springer Spaniel, and an obsession for using Instagram!
